1. Acceptable Use of Service

Welcome to BizPilot AI. By signing up, configuring our Tally synchronization ledger nodes, or simulating an active voice telephone node, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your business and BizPilot AI ("we", "our", or "us"), founded by Basudev Ghadai in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our HR parsers, voice call visualization platforms, and booking pipelines.

2. Account Registration and Node Authorization

To activate the command dashboard, you must authorize active synchronization nodes:

• You are solely responsible for protecting credentials associated with your Tally database cloud gateway and local folders.
• You must guarantee that all candidate resumes uploaded to our HR Screening Dashboard are acquired with direct consent from the job applicants.
• We reserve the right to suspend any accounts found conducting mass automated spam calling via our AI voice agents, or violating standard Indian telecommunication guidelines.

3. Billing, Plans, and Cancellations

BizPilot AI provides clear tiered subscription structures (Starter, Growth, Enterprise plans) subject to the following rules:

• Subscription Fees: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Pricing is set at standard INR rates (e.g. ₹999 for Starter, ₹2,499 for Growth) unless custom Enterprise terms are contracted.
• Quota Fair Use: Voice agent calling minutes (100 minutes/month for Growth) are monitored strictly. Exceeding your quota will require purchasing additional top-ups or transitioning to custom tiers.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the active billing month, and no pro-rata refunds are disbursed.

4. System Limitations & Disclaimer of Liability

BizPilot AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we build robust multi-agent systems with extensive automated validation checks:

• Local Disconnects: We are not liable for transaction logging gaps or outdated seasonal prediction graphs resulting from local power outages, hardware failures, or network disconnects affecting your local Tally gateways.
• HR Matching Precision: The HR Screening rating (suitability match score) is a consultative indicator based on prompt engineering mathematics. Hiring decisions remain the sole liability of your management team.
• Uptime Targets: We target a 99.9% uptime metric for our central cloud telephony nodes, but brief disruptions for maintenance or standard API provider upgrades may occur.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All systems, algorithms, source codes, visual custom equalizers, canvas audio visualizers, and branding files contained inside BizPilot AI remain the exclusive intellectual property of the founder, Basudev Ghadai.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the dashboard workspace solely for internal business operations during your active subscription period. You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, or replicate any segment of our automated multi-agent architecture.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your operational sandbox access instantly, without prior notice, if you breach any part of these Terms of Service. In case of termination for breach, all active database synchronization nodes will be severed immediately to protect integrity.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these Terms of Service must be filed exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
